baking time!!
This is Chocolate Cookies made by Megumi and Uti (my grandma).
Today, I was making a few kinds of cookies with my grandma. It looks delicious right?? nyummyy.. If you want to try it, you better search for my address, NOW :).
It has been a tradition in my family to make cookies before Idul Fitri or Christmas. Eventhough I'm not a Muslim, I celebrate Hari Raya Idul Fitri every year because my grandma is a Muslim.
I have a pretty unique family. There are many kinds of religion in my family. Such as Hindu, Buddha, Islam, and Catholic. Although my family consists of various religions, we can still get along very well because we're very tolerate to each other.
For me I'm very glad and happy to have this family because I can celebrate every religion's celebration day.

We'll be reunite
I have 5 high school best friends : Putri, Dea, Rivi , and Stefi. We call ourselves 5 stars !! haha. That name is only for fun.
On August 7th 2011, one of my friend, Putri went to America in order to continue her study in university. She went to University of Colorado. At that time, I was so sad. I just don’t want our friendship broken because of the distance distance that makes us apart.
On August 18th 2011, Dea just went to Netherlands to continue her study in university too. Honestly, I wanted to go to Netherlands for my study but there was a lot of things that hold up my will. Now, I’m satisfied enough with what i’ve got. Yet, I’m still hoping that a few years from now I can still reach my dreams. I’m pretty sure that I can reach it. Wish me luck!!
On August 19th 2011, another best friend of mine, Rivi just had a flight to Jogjakarta. She went to Universitas Gajah Mada International.
I accompany Putri and Dea to Soekarno- Hatta Airport before their flight . Sadly, I couldn’t accompany Rivi because I wasn’t feeling well that day. Also, the flight was to early in the morning.
I just hope no matter what happen in the future, we will always be besties.
Love you guys so much!!
Triple M D
On August 11th 2011, I was having a nice day.
That day I was so excited. I met my elementary school besties. They are Mentari, Calpitta, and Deandra. I couldn’t believe that we can stil stick together after all this time we have been seperated because we’re all have different Junior High School to go to. We called ourselves Triple M D. haha
We planned to checked out, plus hanged out together at a new mall in town, Gandaria City. But, after a long discussion we agreed to move to Pondok Indah Mall.
Two of my Elementary school best friends was fasting that day because they’re Moslems. So, we’re doing what Indonesian called “ngabuburit”. It means while we are waiting to end the fasting, we are doing something instead of sleeping or do nothing.
After a long walked around the mall, we decided to order our food before “adzan maghrib”. So my moslems friends won’t be late to end their fasting and stuck in ine of people waiting for their time to order their food.
After we finished, we went to J.Co donnuts to drink a coffee. There, we seperated again because our mom called us to go home.Hmmmm what can I say? They’re just mom. Right?

Ariadne, daughter of Minos and Pasiphae
Ἀριάδνη -- Ariadne -- 'Goddess of Snakes' from Indo-European 'aryo', 'Lord, ruler' and 'angwhi', 'Snake, eel'. This derivation of the meaning of the name using Indo-European derivations seems quite consistent with what we know about the Minoan Culture. But the name does not seem to be from the Minoan language. Rather it is an ancient Greek derivation from what the ancient Greeks knew about Minoan culture. The translation of the name 'Ariadne' as 'most holy' comes from finding in the Greek dictionary that 'ἀρῐ-' is a prefix that means 'goodness' and 'ἀγνός' means 'holy'. Lidel and Scott points out that the Cretans used a 'δ' for the 'γ' in this latter word. There is no doubt that for more than a thousand years this latter definition was accepted as there is art that seems to depend upon it. But the former definition seems more meaningful in the ancient context.
Apollodorus says that Ariadne was one of the many daughters of Minos, King of Ancient Crete in the years before the Trojan war.
Hesiod says:(ll. 947-949) "And golden-haired Dionysus made brown-haired Ariadne, the daughter of Minos, his buxom wife: and the son of Cronos made her deathless and unageing for him."
Plutarch says about Theseus 20: "There are many tales.... about Ariadne...., how that she was deserted by Theseus for love of another woman: `For strong love for Aegle the daughter of Panopeus overpowered him.' For Hereas of Megara says that Peisistratus removed this verse from the works of Hesiod."
Homer, in the Iliad makes a reference to Ariadne when he describes the Shield of Achilles (Book XVIII): "Furthermore he wrought a green, like that which Daedalus once made in Cnossus for lovely Ariadne. Hereon there danced youths and maidens whom all would woo, with their hands on one another's wrists. The maidens wore robes of light linen, and the youths well woven shirts that were slightly oiled. The girls were crowned with garlands, while the young men had daggers of gold that hung by silver baldrics; sometimes they would dance deftly in a ring with merry twinkling feet, as it were a potter sitting at his work and making trial of his wheel to see whether it will run, and sometimes they would go all in line with one another, and much people was gathered joyously about the green. There was a bard also to sing to them and play his lyre, while two tumblers went about performing in the midst of them when the man struck up with his tune."
Homer, in the Odyssey includes Ariadne in his catalog of mortal women when Odysseus visits Hades in Book XI:
Then I saw Phaidra, Prokris; and Ariadne, daughter of Minos, the grim king. Theseus took her aboard with him from Krete for the terraced land of ancient Athens; but he had no joy of her. Artemis killed her on the Isle of Dia at a word from Dionysos. It was Ariadne that fell in love with Theseus and provided him with a way out of the Labyrinth after he killed the Minotaur. Often associated with this story is a ball of string which Ariadne provided to Theseus. This gave him a way out of the Labyrinth.
